Podiatrist partnerships
Better-prepared callus patients. A referral loop that works both ways.
Plantar Lab is an educational platform for people with painful plantar calluses. We teach the pressure + moisture framework, guide self-care routines, and refer out when symptoms go beyond what home treatment can address. Partners get pre-educated patients and local referrals from our member base.
3 types
of callus problem, each with its own root cause — patients know which one they have before they arrive
Self-care scope
is clearly defined — we tell members when to see a clinician, not how to avoid one
Local listing
in the Plantar Lab member area for partners in their region — no ad spend needed
What the partnership does
Four things that make your callus appointments easier and your patient funnel more consistent.
Patients who already understand the framework
People who come through Plantar Lab have read the 3-type framework, worked through the pressure + moisture logic, and know the difference between a mechanical problem and over-treatment damage. Your intake time shrinks because they arrive with a vocabulary.
Between-visit support that reduces churn
The AI membership covers the questions patients ask at 11pm — product sequencing, minor flares, when something looks off. You stay in the clinical lane. We handle the self-care guidance and the 'is this normal?' moments.
A referral loop that works both ways
We tell every member to see a clinician for persistent or worsening symptoms. That referral goes somewhere — it should go to you. Partners get listed as a preferred local provider for members in their region.
No marketing cost for digital reach
Plantar Lab runs SEO-driven content at scale. Partners can be mentioned in location-relevant blog content, the site, and member communications — without any ad spend on your end.
Important scope note
We are not a clinical tool.
Plantar Lab does not diagnose, prescribe, or perform clinical assessment. The AI membership and educational content explicitly exclude open wounds, infection, structural concerns, and any situation that requires in-person evaluation. Our referral language is consistent and conservative — members are told to see a clinician at the first sign of anything beyond self-care scope. We want your expertise in the loop, not a replacement for it.
Questions from podiatrists
Common questions before partnering
Does Plantar Lab diagnose or treat patients?
No. The site and AI membership are educational tools only. Every touchpoint includes a clear disclaimer that this is not medical diagnosis and that persistent or worsening symptoms require a qualified clinician. We actively refer out — we do not try to replace clinical care.
What does the partnership actually look like?
Simple version: you get listed as a preferred local provider in the Plantar Lab member area for your region. When a member has a symptom that's outside self-care scope, they see your practice recommended. We can also structure a rev-share on PDF or membership sales driven by your patient referrals if you want a formal arrangement.
Who is the Plantar Lab audience?
Primarily adults with painful plantar calluses — ball of foot, heel, forefoot — who have tried standard approaches and are still dealing with pain. They tend to be motivated, already researching, and frustrated with generic advice. They are the exact patients who show up with specific questions and follow through on home protocols.
Is there a cost to partner?
No. The basic listing is free. If you want co-branded content, featured placement, or a formal referral-fee structure, we can discuss that separately. Reach out via the form below.
